Unlocking Community Wealth through Non-Profit Real Estate Development

  • East End Maker Hub

    Houston’s premier manufacturing and fabrication hub, supporting manufacturer innovation, makers, crafters, small batch manufacturers, and traditional users. Co-located with TXRX Labs, Houston’s largest manufacturing incubator, all tenants within the East End Maker Hub have access to over $2M+ worth of state-of-the-art prototyping and fabrication equipment, classes, and on-site technical support.

  • Scott Street Lofts

    Located at 1320 Scott Street, Houston, Harris County, Texas. Scott Street Lofts is proposed as a newly constructed approximately 123-unit apartment community for seniors in Houston, Texas. This complex will be comprised of a five-story, elevator served building containing approximately 123 units. The ground floor will serve as a parking garage and amenity center, with 4 stories of apartment units stacked above.
